I started Global Optima in 1999 whilst studying for my MRes in
Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems at COGS, University of
Sussex.
Note: Technically 'Global Optima' in a misnomer; there
are many 'Local Optima' or a single 'Global Optimum' but
a combination of the two sounded better.
I have been providing consultancy in the IT industry for over
20 years now (as of this update, 2021).
In 2014 I registered as a Ltd company to work closer with
my London-based clients, in 2020 I decided to return to
sole-trading.
I am currently employed full time though I continue to
provide development and consultancy support
for a small number of long term clients.
